Environment

Bradstreet Craftshouse is divided into 4 unique seating areas designed to accommodate a variety of experiences and moods.

Chef's Counter

Unique in Minneapolis, the Chef’s Counter allows diners the opportunity to sit at the counter circling the open kitchen and to interact directly with the chefs. The senses are piqued as the visual experience compliments the wonderful aromas and enthralling flavors. Watching the chefs in action allows for a rare experience, which is both educational and entertaining.

Parlour Room

Intimate and inviting, the Parlour Room is set deep in the back of Bradstreet Craftshouse. This space is hidden behind a heavy, velvet curtain and is reminiscent of a prohibition-era speakeasy with its own private bar. Subdued lighting and rich colors give way to memorable social exchanges amid the relaxed banquet seating.

Main Bar

Each drink is expertly crafted as a work of art, and there is no better place to capture the creative nuance of the process than in a seat at the Main Bar. For inquisitive minds, bartenders can provide extensive history and interesting details about the various cocktails while the detailed crafting of artesian ingredients becomes a complimentary backdrop to those more intent on their own conversations.

Main Dining Space

For those who prefer traditional table seating, the main dining space offers a comfortable and casual atmosphere. Centered between two oversized wooden lanterns emblazoned with Tatsu dragons, this area allows diners to capture the energy radiating between the Chef's Counter and the Main Bar.
